"You know what would be nice?"
You know what would be nice? How about a company that, after you check-out and forget to type in discount codes, just hits you back with an email and says: "You forgot to use the currently active codes "xxxx" for free shipping and 20% off your next order! So we added them for you and refunded that amount from your purchase! We truly value our customers and don't prey on people getting a promotional email and then forgetting the code!"
