"Awesome experience with their service!"

Wouldn't it be great? Imagine a business that, after you finish your purchase and overlook entering discount codes, just shoots you an email saying: "Hey, you missed out on the active codes 'xxxx' for free shipping and 20% off your next buy! So we went ahead and applied them for you and refunded that amount from your order! We really appreciate our customers and don’t take advantage of folks who get a promo email and forget the code!"
